Visitors can explore Thetford Forest, the Dad’s Army Museum, Charles Burrell Museum, Castle Park and the ruins of Thetford Priory. The town centre also offers a selection of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Your theory test, car hire and a lesson prior to and your first driving test is included in the course price. Theory and practical test centres are located in Bury St Edmunds Not Thetford as the DVSA do not operate in Thetford.
Practical test is subject to pupil test readiness and availability. Bookings are the responsibility of the pupil but 5Day are happy to offer guidance.Â

Once you’ve passed your theory and you’re test-ready, we’ll guide you through booking your practical test
